The turtle tastes like chicken and the smell is so Bad and strong that you Need a ton of alcohol to overpower it… why would you Even eat the turtle if those things are the case, seems weird to me..

I watched this thinking they were a married couple. Nevertheless, it’s obvious just how skilled and passionate they are about their craft. They have a rice polisher in their kitchen FFS! I know first hand just how incredibly tough and draining the restaurant business is. I hope the very best for them.
