Students in schools and college are going through various kinds of harrasment. both mental and physical. Research scholars are treated as slaves and abused physically and mentally. The girl in the video pretty evidently thinks that the guy, her partner, is a loser who has no idea what he's saying (which is probably true). He probably has an MBA with marketing "skills" but no real skills in English language or linguistics.
Her partner needs lessons in English verbal communication first. He comes across as a stuttering and bumbling fool. I'm not surprised she's squirming in her seat, embarrassed to be sitting next to him.
