Hi, thank you for all of your efforts. Cause and effect is real! I found that one of the first steps to improvement is learning how to slow down and be quiet. Then add that I want to be better as a potential. This opens up the brain and heart so that I can add more. There is more to us naturally, and we clog ourselves up on all levels. Flow is key.
