I’m definitely the opposite lol I enjoy doing these twist. I feel like they are quicker than box braids. For me anyways. But for a person who doesn’t like them, they turned out nice

I'm constantly watching videos to figure out how many packs of hair to use when doing twists. I have heard from 1 pack all the way to 16. I'm confused.
I guess I'll just feel it out based on my preference, size of my part, brand used and see what happens.

When using the rubber band method, do your hair still grow the same without using the rubber band

I like the new way of doing the twist, because the old way as I learned from an African woman, is extremely taxing on the hands and skin of the fingers. My fingers were always badly blistered after doing a twist style on myself or a customer.
