I am confused. I understand how to color a BMP image like Marvin Martian, but I do not know how to trace a Colored BMP or JPEG image into separate colored layers to cut in say MTC or Silhouette Cameo. Is there a video for that? Thanks.

I've watched this tutorial again and it is a lot clearer to me now than ever before and I also downloaded the file for the program tutorial. this will be so helpful to me to have a hard copy. I'm reading and watching the tutorials first before my attempts as it is more helpful to me to have an idea of what and why I'm doing something. You guys are really helping a lot of people who don't take the time to comment. So I'm commenting for those. I use to be that way but not anymore. You learn so much more when you ask. You guys are good teachers. I wish some of my professors were like you two. thank you so much for being so responsive to all the questions. I'm finding many of my questions answered in the tutorials. So it's good to watch them a couple of times so it sinks in.

For an 81 yr old a hard copy is great for the old memory. I do appreciate it. I will print it out and read it and try doing it to see what problems I encounter. Will get back to you and you guys have a great program and your humor is delightful. I love your collections. All the super hero's. Love it. I use to collect dolls but got to costly for me.

Wow I really enjoyed this one with Gimp. This was clear and I understood it all a lot better. The coloring thing is still a bit of a problem. When it's all black and you're going down the object how are you adding the color. It all goes so fast I'm not able to see how you are selecting the colors and filling them in. Can you tell me what you are doing.? This would be a great help to me as it will clarify the coloring problem I'm having. I really do appreciate you're helping me with these questions. I feel I'm starting to understand more thanks to both of you Ken and George. Thank you for your help. I do appreciate it. I get sort of obsessive when I don't understand things and want to hurry to understand. Hope you understand what I'm saying. Thanks again guys.

I enjoyed the video and would like to be able to use the free version I installed a year ago.
I feel that I have to watch it a few times to get the hang of it. Would like to print out the instructions as at 81 my memory is not the best so a hard copy would help me. I have the small Cricut and use cartridges but at times I use SCAL and having SVG files would make it work better. I subscribed so look forward to more video's thank you for sharing your information with all of us.
